Managing Consultant in the Financial Services/Financial Management practice will help lead the delivery of consulting projects and assist with services sales pursuits at financial institution clients. Qualified candidates will have: - strong knowledge and experience in accounting and accounting processes - experience with management reporting - strong expertise in the Financial Services industry required - project management expertise with a successful track record of delivering Financial Management projects in the financial services industry - experience in the sales pursuit of Financial Management projects This role applies in-depth understanding of functional and/or industry specific processes, consulting & facilitation skills, and their capability to use the specific methods & tools for Business Process Design as defined in the IGS Method to: - Assist clients in defining the impact of the business strategy and business design on the processes within current and future business environment. - Lead the translation of the new business design into process capabilities definition. - Conduct the requirement definition for processes with emphasis on enabling packaged application(s). * - Facilitate selection of the packaged application(s). * - Design, in cooperation with the client, new business processes based on the related packaged application(s) & organization enablers. - Define key business process attributes for quantitative & qualitative performance measurements. - Help clients establish process management & governance system. Note: * e.g. Peoplesoft, i2, Siebel or WebSphere. Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel. Candidates need to be within driving distance of one of the following core cities: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tulsa or Washington D.C.
