Since most of our work is performed at client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel. It is recommended that new hires into the Global Business Services U.S. practice must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the following cites: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Tulsa, OK; and Washington, DC and surrounding area. Risk and Compliance, Data Management, Investment Management & Trade Operations, Securities and Fund Accounting, Transfer Agent and Shareholder Servicing, Retirement Services, Wealth Management, or Domestic and Global Custody Brokerage Operations experience required. Must be knowledgeable of financial products including Equities; Fixed Income; Mortgaged Backed Securities, and Foreign Exchange. Experience with Exchange-Traded & OTC Derivatives, Commodities and alternative investments is a plus.
Implementation experience with vendor software products is a plus. Examples of these packages include: Murex, Golden Source, Mantas, Front Arena, Python, Portia, Geneva, GlobalPlus, Hi-Net/Hi-Portfolio, Information Mosaic/ CAMA, Advent, Calypso, Content Manager, or Pure Edge. Other package implementation experience would also be helpful.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with advanced MS office suite skills required.
You will use your Financial Services operational and systems expertise within Institutional or Retail Front, Middle and/or Back Office Securities Operations areas to develop business requirements, reengineer business processes, streamline operations and/or facilitate the evaluation, selection, and implementation of supporting systems for our clients.
Candidates should live within commuting distance to New York City. The majority of client work is performed in the northeast corridor from Boston to Washington, D.C. Some projects however, require travel to other parts of the US and other countries. Candidates must be willing to travel 80 - 100% as needed for out of town projects.

Must be able to multi-task, delegate to sub-teams and understand how project tasks relate to the larger client context and project deliverables. Financial Markets business, operational and systems expertise within Investment Management, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Trust / Custody or Mutual Fund Front, Middle and/or Back Office Securities Operations areas required to develop business requirements, reengineer business processes, streamline operations and/or facilitate the evaluation, selection, and implementation of supporting systems. Position requires 4 - 8 years experience as a Consultant, Senior Business/Analyst or Team Lead on medium or large-scale systems implementation, process reengineering or other project-oriented work. Must have participated in the design or implementation of Front, Middle or Back-office processes or technology, and have experience managing and improving the performance of client servicing, trading, securities processing, corporate actions processing, client reporting, shareholder recordkeeping or other core business process projects in an Investment Management, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Trust / Custody, Mutual Fund, Fund Accounting or Shareholder Recordkeeping business.
