Financial Program Manager

The MBSAA Program Manager will manage both the Technology and the
Risk/Business functional areas of the engagement. The role will include
reporting to the Program Partner and the client Account Executives. The
Program Manager will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of all
deliverables to the client. The Program Manager will be accountable for
keeping the client executives abreast of all aspects of the project,
including ongoing project status reporting.

Min of 10 yrs experience in planning, coordinating, & directing work
administering Mortgage-Backed Securities programs; including data
collection & analysis, follow-up on data exceptions, routing & ad hoc risk
analysis, information technology services, and other misc. tasks. Must
have strong mortgage banking & risk analysis exp, including knowledge of
Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RHS mortgages and securities programs.
