Domino?s is currently seeking to find an exceptional FRANCHISE REGIONAL MANAGER in the Michigan market. 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

?Work with Franchise owners and their stores to ensure Franchisees obtain operational and business excellence while adhering to the standards and policies of Domino's Pizza, LLC.

?Partner with Development department to ensure store growth and development goals are achieved.

?Assist Franchisees in analyzing their business opportunities and areas for improvement.

?Enforcement of the Franchise contract.

?Provide Franchisees with appropriate coaching, training, education and development.

?Play a support role in effective Co-op meetings.

?Serve as a liaison between Zones, World Resource Center and Franchisees.

 

Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree preferred

?Must have 3 years multi ? unit restaurant management experience preferably in the QSR industry

?Experience in ensuring operational effectiveness for 100 + stores

?Strong analytical and organizational skills necessary.

?Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance and coaching to Franchisees.

?Ability to plan and conduct successful meetings.

?Strong oral, written and presentation skills required.

?Overnight travel required.
