We are looking for experienced Project Managers & Senior Business Analyst Consultants within a number of disciplines. The ideal candidate will be someone with a large consulting firm or Fortune 1000 company background and have the following experience:
?Recent hands on exp with full lifecycle implementations (FLCI) of custom or ERP systems using SDLC, RUP, or Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) processes
?Exp with Rational and Use Case tools with Requisite Pro
?Report writing and BI experience using Crystal, Brio, Hyperion, Business Objects, Cognos or MicroStrategy
?Familiarity with ETL Tools such as Informatica
?Ability to understand & translate all business & user requirements
?Business Process Reengineering (BPR) expertise
?Experience with creating, defining, and documenting workflow diagram processes.
?Business Analyst with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
?Systems quality assurance (QA) testing exp using automated testing tools
?Project change management experience with facilitation of training and communications
?Exp with SEI CMM techniques
?Exp with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
