GENTRAN/CTX Guru

Comsys is seeking a SOLID EDI/Gentran Resource to join a project in the Alpharetta area of Atlanta.  This is a 3+ month contractual opportunity with the possible of going 1 year in duration. 

 

Deliverables.

 

1. A Project Plan for Network Vendor EDI enablement of 12 specifically defined partners for specified transaction sets via the EDI INT AS2 protocol.

2. A weekly Project Status Report that outlines project tasks, deliverables, milestones and status.

3. Network vendor EDI enablement Discovery document.  This document will be a sign off that the consultant understands the details of the individual transaction sets.  This document must be completed within 3 days of the start of the SOW.  A Subject Matter Expert with expertise in EDI transactions 850, 855, 856, 860, 824, 810 / CTX is required for this project.

4. EDI Enablement communications and issues document.  This document will be a daily record of all communications and resolutions of issues with transaction sets and AS2.

5. A GIS configuration document that details GIS configurations for every Network Vendor.  This will be created after completion of successful validation of round-trip transactions for each Network Vendor with every transaction type.

6. Test Plan and Completion Matrix.  This document will be a detailed plan for Functional (transaction and BP), End To End, and User Acceptance Testing for all required business scenarios.  This document will serve as validation for readiness to move to production for each Network Vendor.

 

 

Consultant Responsibilities.

 

  Consultant shall have responsibility for the following:

1. Discovery of all pertinent EDI and non EDI transactions and business processes for this project.

2.  Communication with specified Network Vendors to collect EDI and AS2 information necessary for GIS trading partner and AS2 setup and configuration.

3.  Communication with specified Network Vendors for issue discovery, resolution and testing.

4.  Conduct of all Functional, ETE, and UAT testing until successful completion.

5.  Documentation of all deliverables.
