Job Description -- Statistical Research Analyst Job Description:

PricewaterhouseCoopers Saratoga, the leader in human capital measurement is seeking an experienced statistical research analyst. This position is responsible for providing analytical support to Saratoga staff and clients and for the design and management of research projects. Primary responsibilities include the day-to-day management of research studies, including questionnaire development and design, and data analysis and interpretation including coding, tabulation, analysis, and reporting. Furthermore, this position will be responsible of developing statistical models leveraging Saratoga's extensive metrics and employee opinion survey databases.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Identify appropriate analytical approach, conduct analysis and interpret analytical findings based on client needs
2. Write reports, create tables, check data, provide support to research team members
3. Provide consultation on study design and methodology
4. Provide guidance to internal consultants regarding statistical models and their business implications

Job Requirement Essential

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Five or more years work experience in the area of business statistics (market research / research supplier experience desirable)
-Applied experience with multiple regression, discrete data methods and multivariate techniques such as factor or cluster analysis.
-Ability to design basic market research methodologies
-Strong communication (oral and written) skills
-Fast learner
-Ability to work independently
-Creative, out-of-the box thinker
-Strong quantitative skills in primary research, including questionnaire design, statistical analysis, and data management (weighting, adjusting, tab and analytical plans)
-Proficient in SPSS, Wicross or other statistical package and MS Office applications
