We are seeking candidates who can design, develop and test display screens within a J2EE, Websphere, relational database environment and who can work with users to design screens and facilitate navigation flow. Proven experience developing and designing creative user interface solutions. Usability requirements and UI visual design. General requirements gathering; Interpretation of UI application testing experience. Experience with Digital Harbor a plus. Must have exp building and testing w/ SQL. The successful candidate will have proven experience in large corporate customer interactions along with the ability to express technical topics clearly to both technical and business audiences. Business process management and data integration experience - working with enterprise infrastructure software customers to build and integrate production applications. Proven experience working intimately with customers to identify business requirements and to implement and demonstrate compelling solutions. Financial Services - Banking Experience, Fraud/ Compliance experience and understanding of issues related to product usability, performance,security and scalability; application development and graphical design experience. Major Field of Study:Bachelors Degree preferred; SQL language proficiency; Strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates currently residing in the East/Midwest preferred.
