Strong candidates have some combination of government contract accounting/auditing and finance.  Ideal candidates will also have:

 BS in Accounting/Finance or other related field with a strong academic recordThe ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnelExcellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skillsA positive ?can do? attitude and a desire to solve complex problemsA detail-oriented personality with solid project management skillsProfessional certifications (e.g. CPA or CIA) are a plusPrevious business consulting experience or professional services experience preferred
