CARA?s customers are looking for Graphic Designers with 3+ years of experience. 

A Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related degree is preferred.

 

Responsibilities may include:Designing images to enhance the learning concepts presented within instructional media and materials.Creating graphical user interface and other graphical content for computer-based or web-based training projects.Producing quality visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.

 

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:Ability to interpret clients? or teammates? ideas.Excellent oral communication and problem solving skills.Creativity to produce new ideas.Working knowledge of the latest graphics applications and an understanding of material costs and time limits which can impact the design.Ability to multitask with multiple project demands, within tight deadlines.Knowledge of printing and production methods. Ability to work within a team and across functions:  printers, copywriters, photographers, other graphic designers, account executives, website designers and instructional designers.
