HR Business Analysts

HR Business Analysts CGI-AMS is seeking Business Analysts with HR experience to join our Advantage HRM Solutions Group in Fairfax, VA. The business analyst will have 1-2 years experience in a role working with the functional aspects of computer information systems. As a member of the functional team you will be involved with various phases of system development lifecycle that include requirements gathering, functional design and documentation, test plans user documentation and training. The role does not require direct client interaction. The position requires solid verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and leadership and mentoring abilities. Prior experience gathering system requirements, creating system design specifications, and defining/executing system test cases preferable but not required. Other requirements: Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, Must be proactive, team-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, solid analytical abilities, bright, motivated, with a desire to develop further functional skills and mentor others.
