Description:

This position is responsible for all of the HR functions including Recruiting, Salary and Employee Benefit administration, Incentive plans, Immigration administration, Training and Development of employees, Employee Relations, Office Services, Contracts and oversight of all HR policies and procedures.

 

Requirement:

? Minimum Bachelors Degree or associates in HRIS.

? Minimum of 5 to 10 years HR Generalist experience, the majority of which should be in IT consulting, and minimum of 3-4 years in a managerial position or equivalent.

? Ability to adapt to different situations, cultures and people.

? Ability to work in a "hands on" mode, with limited support.

? Prefer HRIS or HR Certification.

Job Duties:

 

HR Administration

? Responsible for all corporate recruiting. This will include drafting all offer letters and any "Terms and Conditions of Employment" agreements, which will include all compensation and benefit elements.

? Conduct new hire orientation and train new administration.

? Responsible for salary administration/Initiation, this includes job descriptions, establishing titles, grades and salary levels, promotions, transfers and running the Payroll.

? Responsible for Administration & providing assistance to all employees for administration of the employee benefit plans, including group insurance, pension and 401 k plans.

? Develop corporate forms and updated/Implement Employee policy handbook. 

? Maintain HR Personnel files, Office Supply Coordination, File Labor Conditions Applications in compliance with USDOL.

? Maintain Employee folders both hardcopy and soft copy.

? Assist employees while relocating to another state, i.e. book their hotel, flight tickets.

 

Immigration Administration

? Responsible for Legal Employment:  Non Immigrant visa petitions such as H1B, L1 applications and applications for temporary dependent H4 visa.

? Responsible to prepare Immigrant visa petitions working with company legal aid.

? Prepare and provided support to employees for H1b and H4 visa stamping for various US Consulates.

? Prepare and provided support to employees requiring TN visas.

? Conduct Education Evaluations with Legal Aid. 

? Conduct yearly Internal Immigration file Audits as well as Personal File Audits.

 

Contracts Management

? Manage & Negotiate Employee Offers & Agreements

? Manage & Negotiate Client contracts

? Manage & Negotiate vendor Contacts.

 

Nice to Have

? Experience in an IT consulting firm

? HRIS Certified

 

Travel

Minimal to No Travel. The location is primarily located at the Headquarters.

 

Personality preferred

We are looking for a dynamic, aggressive, process oriented, self starter with rapid recruitment skills, excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and deadlines to hire and maintain employees.
