HVAC Engineer

we are currently looking for a HVAC engineer. This person will lead the HVAC design efforts on Pulp & Paper projects for the systems listed above, including design criteria development, equipment and system specification development, P&ID development, performing HVAC calculations, developing system layouts, client and inter-discipline coordination, vendor coordination, developing construction and engineering estimates, directing/supervising HVAC engineers and designers, and performing project administrative tasks. Systems start-up assistance may be required on the projects. Experience with converting HVAC design and vendor design coordination a plus. Travel required. 15 years minimum experience as a Lead Process Air Systems/HVAC Engineer in the design of Pulp&Paper facilities. Knowledge of CAD systems is preferred. PE preferred. Candidate must have experience in the design and coordination of vendor design for Paper Machine Hood and Air Systems, Dryer Drainage Systems, Steam & Condensate Systems, Mist and Dust Elimination and Collection, Trim Handling and Process and Building Ventilation and Exhaust Systems, Motor Ventilation Systems, Heat Recovery Systems, Process and HVAC Chilled Water Systems, and General HVAC Systems. Also Thur-Air Drying experience for tissue machines.
