Due to west coast expansion, Beacon Partners is hiring experienced professionals from the Western U.S. to join our firm as Health Care Management Consultants.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engagement responsibilities may include IT planning and needs assessments, system selection and implementation, project management, upgrade coordination and testing, application support, interim management, business operational analysis, and work flow redesign. Vendor specific experience is required (IDX, ALLSCRIPTS, MEDITECH, EPIC, CERNER).

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will be able to communicate and effectively work with all levels of clients? staff.  Must be forward thinking, able to meet project deadlines, and be client service oriented. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.  Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills are required. Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence and have the ability to speak effectively.  Must have the ability to anticipate problems and visualize solutions on a proactive basis. Experience in a health care provider organization, vendor, or consulting firm is required; specifically with project management, implementations, system support, business operations analysis, or workflow redesign.

 

These positions involve extensive interaction with clients and require travel.
