A Manager with experience in consulting will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify,
design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for Life Sciences client companies.?? The manager level job description includes providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and recommendations of the engagement team in context of the total engagement.? Implements and oversees quality of deliverables and manages the team effectively to ensure exceptional performance and manages day-to-day client relationships.? Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.? Managers manage small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.

Our Strategy and Operations Improvement practice has a broad scope of service to help our clients address a full range of management issues include corporate strategy development, strategic planning,
customer relationship management; merger and acquisitions; financial and performance management; process development and reengineering across a broad range of functional components of a client organization; supply chain optimization, information technology strategy, evaluation, and selection and more.

Qualified?candidates will possess a degree in business or related and have 7 or more years of consulting or pharmaceutical, biotech or the medical device industry. Advanced degrees, MBA or related, out of strong academic institutions are strongly preferred.? ?Qualified candidates will have a broad exposure to strategy and operations improvement project participation and management in a number of functional areas of corporations and start-up companies.? Solid analytical skills are required.? Candidates must have solid track record of success in overseeing high performing teams.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
