Health & Welfare Care Management Associate

The Health & Welfare Line of Business provides broad based strategy and plan management consulting services to major clients worldwide.

The Care Management practice operates within the Specialty Practice of Health & Welfare. It provides large-scale care management consulting services to clients including disease/utilization management and wellness strategies to clients including:


Disease Management vendor procurement
Care management vendor procurement
Carve out Care management strategy and implementation
Care management analysis and reporting (using EPP and Medstat)
Audits of current care management vendors
ROI analysis for care management
Wellness program vendor procurement implementation
On-site health facility operations
Health and welfare strategic plan development

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities will focus on providing comprehensive support to the care management specialty practice with an emphasis on project management, implementation and delivery including:


Project managing large engagements
Serving as lead on smaller, non-complex client engagements
Providing clinical audit support
Participating in tool development, revision and maintenance
Research market and vendor trends
Other ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum of 2 years experience developing care management strategies, preferably gained in a health care consulting environment or secondarily in a health plan/carrier or other vendor environment
Strong project management, research and quantitative skills
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
MSN, MPH or MBA in Health Administration preferred
