Health & Welfare Implementation Lead (53479)

Description Individual responsibilities could include all or a combination of the following tasks:
Owns building and maintaining strong client relationships for a single client within multiple areas (communications, testing, data, etc)- personally and for the entire team. Mentor subordinates and assist when difficulties arise. Manage all single discipline (H&W, DB, DC, or Data Management) aspects of an Implementation or large project Planning through Go Live for Business, Communications, Service Center, Systems, Data and Testing. Define the training curriculum and develop training materials. Manage up to 10 staff (direct/indirect). Responsible for monitoring productivity, skills development, performance evaluation, motivation and retention. Identify, evaluate and implement process improvements. Develop project plans for large projects covering multiple areas and maintain project plans. Define project plan standards. Define standards for documentation requirements, templates and processes. Review business specifications written by others. Evaluate and implement process improvements. Represent functional area as an expert. Lead discussions at site visits and own RFP completion for respective area.
Education and Typical Years of Experience Bachelor?s Degree with strong academic record 7 or more years of client management and related product experience, with consulting experience and resource management highly recommended Proven client-service experience at senior levels of client organizations Proven leadership responsibilities Regulatory and legislative knowledge including specific plan knowledge Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills Medium to large scale project management experience  Special Requirements Also considering positions in the Chicago, Illinois area.
