Health & Welfare Senior Analyst (51451)

Description Individual will execute most complex tasks and special project work, and will define, develop and maintain more complex specifications, complex reports, test plans and/or systems requirements. Responsible for reviewing process documentation and assisting in developing training materials, will train junior team members individually and in classroom setting. Supervises daily activities for up to 5 staff members, providing subject matter and technical support as required and provides feedback to manager during performance review process. Monitors internal metrics and plans/manages small projects. Researches and responds to appropriate party on global issues. May be responsible for maintaining Help Text, Contact Center training materials, and/or production calendars. May act as a liaison to Contact Center and/or other Mellon business partners on participant escalations and PASS management. Interfaces with client/vendor on global issues and special projects. Coordinates project activities with internal Mellon business partners. Identifies and owns execution of process improvement opportunities. Education and Typical Years of Experience Bachelor?s Degree with strong academic record 4+ years experience in plan administration Strong organizational skills Knowledge of legislative issues affecting plans Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills Complex mainframe and SQL skills Flexible with the ability to prioritize Excellent communication skills Project Management Skills  Special Requirements Also considering positions in Chicago area.
