Gallup Healthcare Engagement Managers are sophisticated, engaging consultants with the keen ability to think strategically about, listen to, and understand clients' needs. They oversee the application of all Gallup products, systems, and programs as part of the total client intervention/impact process. They are responsible for integrating multiple practices and consulting approaches to address a company's goals while meeting the internal growth and profit expectations for that portfolio.

These individuals have ultimate accountability for all engagement activities and expectations, and they use their extensive healthcare experience to positively influence patient quality outcomes and human capital development. Engagement Managers have the management and leadership ability to provide direction to a team of Gallup professionals and to maximize team resources to serve clients efficiently. As a consultant focused on developing strong relationships with clients in hospitals and health systems, your contributions will also directly affect Gallup's profitability and business outcomes.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of consulting experience and a track record of successful consulting engagements with executives in the healthcare industry. An MBA or other master's degree in healthcare management, healthcare administration, or a related field is required. Candidates for this opportunity must have executive-level experience in a hospital environment as well as keen knowledge of hospital operations and strategies.
