Change, Leadership & Learning:
The practice enables clients to lead and support significant organizational transformation initiatives.? These initiatives may include global expansion through acquisition or internal growth, restructure of entire divisions, standardization of processes, implementation of new technologies, or outsourcing business functions to reduce costs.? We work with our clients to understand how business changes impact their organizations, leaders and employees and what they need to do to equip their people with the necessary capabilities, knowledge and skills to be successful in the new environment.
Focus on organizational and program change; corporate and initiative training, learning and knowledge management, and communications

Role:? Assist client executives and organizations in the commercial and public sectors to improve their ability to manage corporate change (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, restructuring); develop corporate universities and
enterprise learning and knowledge management programs; facilitate large scale technology/process/regulatory change through integrated change, training, and communications; conduct strategic and program communications; manage change to facilitate offshoring, outsourcing, and shared services, and developing tele-work and virtual workplace programs.? Participate in local, national, and global projects.? Ability and interest in leading client/consultant project teams.

Human Capital Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions.? Responsibilities include, among others, performing current state analysis, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.? They develop exposure and familiarity with multiple
industries while achieving task and skill competence in the tool sets and services of the practices within the firm. Consultants will assist in proposal development, as requested.??
Requirement:
? Consultants must have 2+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience.?
? An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.?
? University degree required.
