A Human Capital Manager will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.? You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.? A qualified candidate has 6 to 10 years of industry and or consulting experience.?

As a Human Capital? Manager, qualified applicants should possess:
????????? 6 - 10 years of consulting experience or equivalent in industry
????????? Excellent Research and Writing skills a must
????????? Bachelor's degree
????????? Advanced Degree preferably an MBA
????????? The ability to travel 80%
?
YOU ARE:
- A proven consulting/functional professional, with at least three full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations AND five+ years of large-scale
consulting experience.
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
- Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
YOU HAVE:
- At least five years of external consulting experience in the SAP space, with depth in implementing and configuring of SAP HR
- Proven skills as an integral team lead on at least two full cycle implementations
- Strong configuration and design skills?????????
