A Human Capital Healthcare Senior Consultants will participate in the user adoption components of a systems implementation of a package, or custom design, clinical applications software solution into a healthcare environment.???Candidates should have user adoption experience or hospital system experience.? Responsibilities include stakeholder enrollment, leadership alignment, change readiness and risk mitigation, communications, system related instructional design for physicians and nurses.?

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years experience working as a licensed clinical practitioner (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Lab Technician etc.) or within a clinical environment.? Sr. Consultants must have a minimum of five years clinical experience.? Areas of clinical experience
include:

In addition, ideal candidates have?a minimum of two years experience in a consulting role with demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following:

* Organizational design
* Communication

Preferred experience in at least one or more CIS vendors includes:

Preferred areas of CIS functional expertise include:

Ideal candidates will possess a Masters Degree or greater within the fields of:
