Position Title: Senior Compensation Consultant
Location: Davidson, NC
Position Objectives: Develop, recommend, implement, communicate and coordinate innovative compensation programs to help our organization meet its short and long term business goals.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Perform in-depth compensation research and analysis
* Manage market intelligence
* Conduct job evaluations
* Advise HR and Business Partners on compensation proposals
* Manage key compensation processes (year-end bonus and stock option, merit planning, annual compensation target setting, etc.)
* Analyze, evaluate, design, implement, and monitor various compensation programs (particularly incentive plans)
Requirements:
* BA / BS degree (Math, Accounting, or Finance major preferred) with 5-7 years experience as a Compensation Analyst/Consultant or equivalent in corporate HR or consulting organization.
* Work with HR and Business Partners to decide the grade assignment for various positions and advise on compensation proposals
