IT Audit Manager

Minimum education required:
*Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or comparable business degree.
*CPA, MBA, CIA or equivalent desired.


Minimum work experience required:
*8+ years of internal/external audit experience with large public companies.
*Multi-national, financial services/brokerage and/or public accounting experience desirable.

*Ability to interact with line and senior business management
*Strong project management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
*Proficiency in using MS-Office Suite and Lotus Notes


Description of duties & responsibilities:
*Assist the Audit Director or ARS Americas in assessing business and control risks and in developing a risked based audit plan.
*Manage and/or participate in audit assignments as necessary to ensure business and control risks are addressed and audit work meets professional standards.
*Identify internal controls issues and areas for improved efficiency and communicate audit results to senior audit and business unit management. *Coordinate and/or participate Aon's efforts to meet Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements. *Assist in departmental training to ensure it is adequate to support audit strategies.
*Mentor younger staff and participate in their personal and professional development.
*Assist in departmental training to ensure it is adequate to support audit strategies.
*Assist in departmental administrative tasks as necessary, including processes and tools used to manage the department.
*Up to 25% travel may be required (both domestic and international).
