The IT Financial Consultant may also help clients determine the cost for IT services, and help clients design and implement IT accounting systems. The following skills are preferred for this position: ITIL Accounting and Budgeting; ITIL Services Management; IT Infrastructure Knowledge; IGS Global Methods / Intellectual Capital; Implementing IT Accounting/Chargeback Skills; and Client Relationship. The IT Financial Consultant will work on multiple types of services engagements requiring financial models, financial analysis, business cases and costing IT services. The IT Financial Consultant will help clients determine the total cost of ownership and cost benchmarks for IT infrastructures, determine the financial impact of planned IT infrastructure investments (including server and data center consolidation), and will also develop Business Cases to help clients and IBM marketing representatives justify IT capital and services investments.
