Ajilon is currently seeking to expand our DE Valley (Philadelphia/Wilmington) delivery capabilities by adding an experienced IT Recruiter to our team with a track record of proven performance. The successful candidate will support our clients across the DE Valley, and should meet the following requirements:

. 3+ years of IT recruiting experience; agency or consulting recruiting experience preferred.
. Self-motivated; strong work ethic.
Strong team orientation
. Strong ability to source candidates using all available methods.
. Highly organized; ability to multi-task.
. Good written and verbal communication skills
