Desired skills and experience as follows:

?

-??????? A Bachelors degree in Computer Science is preferred.

-??????? A minimum 5-7 years of solid technical experience as well as experience working with Edify, Nuance, and/or other IVR platforms.

-??????? Minimum 3 years of experience working with large scale IVR developments.

-??????? Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server

-??????? Experience with database design and development

-??????? Minimum 2 years of experience working in a leadership position

-??????? Experience with full life cycle development (development of program specifications and structured software testing)

-??????? Project experience (design and development of multi-tier application, web services, and service oriented architectures)

-??????? Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Voice User Interface design and implementation.

-??????? Experience with grammar design, development, and tuning.

-??????? Ability to work within and lead a team on projects with compressed timelines and deliverables

-??????? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills.

-??????? Experience with object oriented programming languages a plus (C#, Java).

-??????? A minimum 1 year experience in VoiceXML IVR design, development, implementation, and tuning.
