Our client has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to work onsite with the Analytical Staff at the DOI in Washington, DC.? The ideal candidate must have experience with COTS implementation, BPR and consensus gathering.? Project Management experience is a big plus.

?

The qualified candidate will work with the analytical staff to provide specialized knowledge of system requirements and programming specifications.? The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: designing solutions based on customer needs and technical consideration; analyzing job tasks, organizational structure and user requirement's to provide system-wide solutions; and applying analytical expertise to assist in defining, analyzing, validating and documenting complex operating environments, states of technology and current processes.
