Implementation Consultant III

Provide Functional, Technical and Implementation expertise to clients implementing the ADP - Applicant Management Services (AMS) hiring management solution.
? Responsible for managing multiple AMS implementation projects
? Coordinates client business requirements and manages ADP and client deliverables
? Responsible for coordinating integration with internal ADP business units and/ or external client vendors.
? Guide clients through ADP's National Accounts AIM implementation methodology






? 1-3 years previous experience as an implementation consultant or comparable position with in-depth knowledge of system implementations and implementing medium/ large national clients.



? Experience with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Enterprise, SAP or Oracle) and recruitment background a real plus.



? Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and to work under the pressure of deadlines.



? Excellent communication skills.



? Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).



? PC literacy in MS/DOS, Windows and advanced functions of common business software including database, spreadsheet, communication, report writing, project planning and word processing applications is required.



? Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
