ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and revise custom education materials including course descriptions, manuals, quick reference guides, presentations, job aids, training guides and train-the-trainer guides. Review and revise custom education materials for content, flow, grammar, and formatting errors. Implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge of Adult Learning Principals and incorporate best practice delivery techniques. Perform summative evaluations on custom education programs. Adhere to the guidelines of The Abreon Group?s Template. Provide ancillary support for Team Manager and/or Engagement Manager. Adhere to reporting requirements of the Professional Services Department. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. English, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Communications, or Business degrees preferred. Master?s degree a plus. Instructional design and delivery experience for standard, proprietary, enterprise-wide, and business process applications and/or systems. 3 to 7 years in consultative environment. Experience with Power Point.Experience with ERP software preferred (SAP and Oracle)Ability to travel 100%
