Essential Responsibilities 
Assist in the delivery of end-to-end custom change solutions including assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for standard, proprietary, enterprise-wide, and business process applications and/or systems
Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise, and/or industry knowledge
Prepare, deliver, and evaluate custom educational programs including instructor-led sessions, one-on-one coaching, presentations, or web-based training solutions
Interview subject matter experts and clients to collect necessary data, variables, and custom information necessary to deliver education programs
Maintain positive client relationships and assist with client issues

? Work independently and as part of a team

?  Implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge of Adult Learning Principals and incorporate best practice delivery techniques

Required Qualifications

? Instructional Design and Delivery or Technical Writing experience for standard or proprietary applications and business process systems

? 2-5 years knowledge with SAP (end user experience, built training materials for SAP, functional knowledge of SAP, SAP training)

? 5 plus years in a consultative environment

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience

? English, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Communications or Business degrees preferred

? Master?s degree a plus
