Job Description:
Ajilon Consulting has been a premier provider of information technology (IT) business solutions since 1969. With over 50 offices in North America and 10,000 employees worldwide, Ajilon Consulting is a company full of opportunities and exciting new challenges.

We are currently seeking a Java Developer for a contract with an initial term of about 3 months. Will be responsible for:
. Analyzing requirements
. Writing Unit Tests
. Writing acceptance Tests
. Pair Programming
. Writing code in Ruby, Javascript and Java
. OO software design
. Working effectively in a team environment
. Communicating clearly with stakeholders
. Undertaking process and working practice improvements
. Producing work of a high quality on time
. Being flexible and adaptable in the approach to work
. Working to tight deadlines
. Task/Feature estimation

Will work in an Agile environment. Must be comfortable with:
. Pairing with another programmer 8 hours a day.
. No code ownership.
. Open bullpen-like office environment.

Job Experience:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Java Web development -- as specified by the HTML, Javascript and web frameworks such as Sails, Webworks, Struts, etc.
-Agile orientation
-Oracle database experience -- must be conversent in SQL and database persistence
