IBM is currently seeking a consultant for knowledge management and collaboration.
Work involves talking and working with line-of-business managers and executives (as well as technology managers) to develop an enterprise KM strategy based on business requirements and benefits and validate design
concepts against various functional capabilities and constraints. May involve hands-on work to produce prototypes and detailed functional and visual design specifications.
The Consultant will be required to work with development teams for implementation in technical environments such a portal platforms and content management systems.The candidate needs experience in design for harvesting, sustaining, arranging, and displaying knowledge assets. The ideal candidate will have experience with collaboration methodologies and practices;Communities of
Practice, Social Network Analysis, Storytelling etc. While the core skill set will be functional and the ideal candidate will have proven experience with the hr/organizational side of the KM/collaboration. IBM, HCM, BHR is currently seeking individuals with 15 years experience in combination of industry and consulting, sales, human resources, and project management. Experience implementing process solutions within an ERP for example...SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft required. Extensive consulting sales experience and proven ability to close and deliver multi-million dollar, complex sales. Ability to work at senior management /executive levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience leading proposal efforts. Solid understanding and experience in HCM.Responsible for leading pursuits and engagements in the HCM Distribution Sector around HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, Retained HR organization and Workforce Management. Responsible for practice utilization, career management, skills development and training plans. Also responsible for leading client engagements the integrate organization redesign, process improvement and technology initiatives. Will lead pursuits and engagements. Will interact and develop relationships with senior-level executives and IBM executives. Successful candidate will take the lead role for BHR shared services within the community as well as with HR BTO HR transformation opportunities from the HCM/BCS side.
