experience in developing and delivering ERP end-user training with
Peoplesoft and/or SAP. Strong technical writing skills required. Must be
able to develop detailed training plans while managing multiple training
development efforts. Highly motivated, self-starter with strong
interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.Develop and deliver ERP, pref. SAP and/or PeopleSoft end-user training.
Consultants are responsible for working with customers defining business and
performance issues relating to professional and skills development needs.
Knowledge in current industry trends in the field of education, delivery
media alternatives, and current offerings and solutions to address
organization capabilities and specific development needs, based on review of
customer's current business, technical and/or learning strategy,
organizational capabilities/requirements, and skills gap analysis. Create
solid recommendations on how to develop a comprehensive training program
addressing a broad spectrum of training requirements and develop a plan for
implementation. Must have expertise in instructional design methodology and
applying the appropriate learning strategies.
