Your responsibilities are within the scope of project management which relate to work flow analysis, planning, change process and systems implementation. We work closely with the client in a partnership to achieve measurable results in process flow, productivity improvement as well as performance management.

- 2 to 5 years in the business arena
- Undergraduate degree
- Advanced degree is a plus
- Computer literate
- Experience in multiple industries and business processes
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with people at all levels

- Persuasive and mature
- Solid judgement

The first year Salary plus Per Diem package is just above $50,000 for the first year. The company offers an outstanding health care package and 401-K/profit sharing plan. Our employees are typically away from home four nights a week. The company pays for all of your travel expenses including air fare, hotel and car rental. Relocation is not necessary; however, you must be living in the area to be considered for an interview.
