MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR

Dynamic and growing environmental remediation firm seeks a Marketing and Sales Coordinator for the Marketing and Sales group

 

Assists the VP of Marketing and Sales in coordinating all opportunity and lead management functions within the marketing and sales group.  Manages the Deltek client relations management (CRM) database system.  Assists the Marketing Manager in preparing literature, presentations, displays, trade show attendance, and other types of branding initiatives.  Assists the corporate Proposal Manager in the development of technical, management, and cost volumes for multiple concurrent proposal efforts; track schedules, maintain style templates and document files; support production team in tracking input from writers, graphics artists, technical experts, and ensure compliance with RFP (Request for Proposal) and SOW (Scope of Work) requirements; provide logistical support to the proposal team and produce reports for management. 

 

This position also requires knowledge and/or interests in working with client relations management database systems and assisting with other information technology systems.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  Demonstrated computer literacy with an in depth working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and the ability to build and maintain document styles and templates with proficiency in other MS Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project).   Familiarity with Deltek CRM, MS Access, and Crystal Reports preferred. Must be highly organized. Must have experience in coordinating and supporting collaborative team efforts. Experience in supporting Government proposals desired. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with technical staff to produce quality documents for delivery to a variety of clients, and coordinate and communicate effective internal review procedures for ensuring high quality deliverables to each client. Federal government experience highly desired

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum of AA/AS required, BA/BS in related field preferred, 2-5 year experience in a dynamic office setting.

 

Limited travel (<10%) may be required for this position.
