MPO Delivery Analyst

Description:
The Delivery Analyst is responsible for the overall quality of ongoing delivery of HR services. Although he or she may be involved in the implementation process, he or she focuses primarily on two things: ongoing delivery of service and responding to the day-to-day client needs. Primary responsibilities are grouped into the following categories:

Implementation. The Delivery Analyst works closely with the Implementation Managers to define requirements and process flow. He or she may also be involved in the initial training of the team and some quality assurance management.

As the project moves from implementation to ongoing delivery, he or she is responsible for building effective and efficient liaisons between all portions of the team, such as the client, Delivery Service, Customer Service, Shared Services, and Technology. He or she is also responsible for events in transition and ongoing processing procedure deliverables.

Project management. The Delivery Analyst is responsible for making sure that all the portions of ongoing service delivery work smoothly and result in high-quality service for employees, line managers and HR. This includes project scheduling, process scheduling; process flow, delegating work to meet deliverables, status of outstanding issues, process improvement, and financial review (recovery and time recording). He or she works closely with the client and the Delivery Group Manager on service delivery topics and looks to identify ways to improve processing.

As changes to the delivery model are made (e.g. HR programs, HR structure, new software releases), he or she manages the requirements definition process, the implementation efforts, and the transition of the new features to steady state.

Subject-matter expert. The Delivery Analyst acts as a subject matter expert (knowledge resource) for the team on the client's version of the delivery model and HR administration including such topics as processing procedures, application of business objectives, client-specific topics, and alternatives for service delivery.

Team management and development. The Delivery Analyst is responsible for building a cohesive and effective team by championing quality, integrating team efforts through status meetings, sharing appropriate information, and building depth of expertise. He or she is responsible for monitoring team staffing to ensure that the team has the appropriate level of expertise. He or she is also responsible for growing and developing the expertise of individual team members by working with the unit manager(s) to match project-level opportunities with associate capabilities.

Qualifications:
5+ years of HR and/or benefits experience with at least 2 years experience in a relevant manager role including OPM or QAM
Experience with H&W or multi-service clients preferred
Demonstrated people management experience
Outstanding project management skills
Strong problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement
Demonstrated client knowledge and responsive
Ability to adapt to change
Technical skills and knowledge strongly preferred (HRMS PeopleSoft knowledge a plus).
Education Requirements: BA/BS preferred. A major in an analytical field is desired.
Travel Required: Minimal
