MW HM LS Administrative Assistant Experi

Description:
Provide administrative support to client team, including preparation of client materials, meeting set-up, and other tasks to ensure quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities/Activities
A. Organize and coordinate work flow, manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects
B. Coordinate meetings
C. Conduct significant document creation, proofing, production, including creative input
D. Utilize Hewitt graphic identity standards
E. Fax requests and verification
F. Assist with client requests
G. Maintain client files
Client databases
Client records
H. Develop and maintain client home pages and budget trackers as needed
I. Display significant software knowledge and good project management skills
J. Provide back-up support to other AAs (including other departments)
K. Coach other AAs and assist in training/development
L. Solicit and compile information (i.e., from vendors)
M. Assist with follow-up; send reminders for outstanding deliverables
N. Assist with HHR set-up, proposal distribution, and reporting with direction
O. Assist with census file manipulation/clean-up/development for proposal distribution with direction
P. Assist in maintenance of master client reporting files
Q. Follow-up with vendors
R. Produce HHVI Reports
S. Spreadsheet data using knowledge of simple formulas
T. Maintain calendars and schedule appointments as needed
U. Answer telephone for group
V. Coordinate travel/perform expense reporting
W. Assist in development of administrative procedures and coach/train as necessary

Result Measures
Client Time Guideline: 70-80% Client Time; 45-55% R Time Goal
