Manager CGI Spend Management Solutions, formerly Silver Oak Solutions, is a leading consulting and technology provider of strategic sourcing and spend management solutions to the Fortune 1000, private equity, mid-cap and state government markets.

CGI is looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who are able to work in an entrepreneurial technology and professional services environment, which requires significant interaction with client executives and key client strategic partners.

As a Manager, applicants need to be accomplished in client and team management, problem solving, data-intensive analysis, negotiations, and written and verbal presentation preparation and delivery. Managers are also expected to take a lead role in sales initiatives to cultivate new clients as well as internal firm building projects.

Experience in structuring and executing online reverse auctions, sourcing and/or e-procurement is a significant plus, but by no means a necessity. CGI provides training on its auction platform and e-procurement for all employees.

Managers work closely with Vice Presidents; these individuals should expect to transition into senior management roles over time as their skills develop.

Professional Experience. At least five years experience (two - three years post-MBA/graduate degree) in management consulting or a similar environment, preferably with prior experience in e-procurement or strategic sourcing. Equivalent experience is acceptable.

Education. Undergraduate degree is required. MBA and/or undergraduate business background preferred. Top-tier educational institutions are preferred.

Other. Strong interpersonal, leadership, client management, presentation, teamwork, and quantitative skills, are required.
