Marketing Communications Manager

Position Overview

CRESA Partners, LLC, one of the nation?s leading corporate real estate firms, seeks to fill the position of National Marketing Communication Manager This position will be based in our Boston Office, will report to the Director of Operations and will be interacting with real estate advisors, project managers and other professionals nationally.

 

Skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of marketing experience in the real estate services industry or another professional consulting service business. The candidate must possess the following qualities: excellent writing skills, ability to learn rapidly and structure problem-solving approaches efficiently; computer proficiency including proficiency with graphics software for the purpose of reviewing and editing projects throughout development; an ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments at one time. Success in this position requires an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong time-management skills.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Based on direction from senior management and the marketing committee, develops annual marketing plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Reviews materials generated locally for consistent corporate image throughout the organization. Oversees implementation of advertising and promotion activities including print, online electronic media and direct mail. Creates and manages marketing calendar including essential deliverables (e.g. external newsletter, topical material, award submissions). Works with internal and external resources to develop quality marketing collateral Reviews and oversees website content pertaining to marketing Maintains internal communication by participating in monthly conference calls and preparing a quarterly internal newsletter. Creates and maintains Resource Center pertaining to consistent branding and implementing of marketing strategies. Builds and maintains relationships with local marketing counterparts throughout the organization. Produces marketing reports on project status, upcoming deliverables and resource needs.
