Our Training and Professional Services division, Excel Partnership, located in Southbury, CT is looking for an exceptional professional to join our Southbury team. 

 

We are looking for a Six Sigma Master Black Belt that has 10+ years of business experience with 3+ years of that being Six Sigma experience.  This person should be able to provide Six Sigma coaching and mentoring to leaders and teams to achieve their business goals related to financial performance, defect reduction and cycle time reduction.  The candidate will be responsible for leading consulting engagements with large corporate customers. You will partner with business unit leadership teams in developing and executing plans to deploy Six Sigma to meet business objectives.  You should have experience leading change and/or applying Six Sigma as a business executive outside of a Six Sigma role.  This position will require extensive travel. 

 

Qualifications will include:

 

? Bachelor?s degree in engineering, business or related field or equivalent experience.  A Master?s degree is a plus

? Certified Master Black Belt or equivalent ? must demonstrate expertise in the core methods and tools of Six Sigma.  You must also have a proven ability to deliver business results using Six Sigma

? Ability to effectively teach, mentor and coach Senior Executives, Black Belts and Green Belts to achieve results through Six Sigma projects

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
