NOC Analyst

We are looking for people that have facility (T1.5, T3s) Frame Relay& ATM experience.  Shifts are various 24x7 tours, 7 days a week. Standard Day Tour is: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Standard Eve Tour is: 4:00 p.m. to Midnight Standard Night Tour is: Midnight to 8:00 a.m.
This position is responsible for the implementation and management of processes as they relate to the detailed analysis of automated testing results. The incumbent is accountable for directing all activities leading to the isolation and resolution of the customer maintenance experience, design and management of maintenance process rules for automated trouble isolation, and project management of the automated maintenance experience for Business Customer services. Must be able to respond and proactively monitor networks, Voice and Data alarm conditions, identify potential problem areas. In addition, responsible for managing the customer?s chronic trouble conditions through detailed analysis of historical data. The incumbent to have must have a broad knowledge of Customer data equipment, applications, and protocols, as well as strong oral, written and customer interface skills. Highly skilled and knowledgeable of network and customer equipment applications and protocols is preferred.  Requires system knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SOTS, BMP, TIRKS and RMIN.
Looking for candidates with NOC experience (Network Operations, customer trouble shooting, etc.) and not only LAN/WAN.
