Netweaver Customer Advocate

Objective: Determine what drives value for your customer. Understand how they are structured, operationally, to realize that value. Learn what systems and solutions support their business. Ensure that customers are successfully deploying our solutions and become referenceable. Develop strong relationships with the other SAP account team members and Partners Promote the value of E-SOA, BPP, NetWeaver/xApps-Composites, Analytics and MDM Analyze the various processes employed to service our customers and track their utility. Make suggestions for improvements to the above that will result in added value to our customers. Promote the customer's viewpoint internally in order to assist the various groups obtain a sense of the customer needs. Maintain a high level of solution expertise and business awareness in order to stay current on important trends and evolution. Setup a personal training plan to facilitate your ongoing growth and professional development at SAP. Share advice and knowledge with other employees in order to help their personal development and practice your leadership skills. Build virtual teams, based on their domain expertise, which will be extended members of your project team.

Position Responsibilities:

- The Customer Advisor is responsible for the success of each account assigned to them.
- The Advisor will manage a set of strategic accounts towards successful adoption of SAP E-SOA, BPP, NetWeaver and xApps-Composites, Analytics and MDM as core components of their IT/IS strategy, as well as assure their reference-ability.
- Diligently research the account in order to become familiar with their business goals and strategy, their logistical operations and infrastructure, and their interactions with groups and individuals from SAP.
- Establish a strong cooperative relationship with all SAP groups and individuals that are involved in servicing the account in order to assure the customer a delightful experience in working with the SAP "platform"
- Develop those customers and help leverage their exposure and participation in speaking at various SAP and other events, publications, and press & analyst sessions.
- Continuously pursue professional development targeted at enhancing his/her usefulness to the customer eco-system. This will include business and technical skills, as well as, relationship building and other soft-skills.
- Take ownership of specific projects for the group, which are focused on improving customer success. These may include temporary projects or ongoing business processes that increase the direct and indirect value the Customer Advisor Office provides.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires 10+ years of IT professional experience. 7+ years of SAP Product knowledge with experience in one of the following areas: SAP NetWeaver, ESA, or X-Apps. Demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives.
