Operations Director-New York City, NY

Smart Document Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Director in the New York - Connecticut area.This position will be responsible for focusing on customer service, growing, strengthening and retaining client relationships while providing guidance and leadership for regional associates.   They will be responsible for the following cities; New York City, Brooklyn, Bronx, Harlem and Stamford, CT.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

 Training of employees on proper processes and procedures Set up and manage accounts Ability to manage multiple sites Negotiate new and existing contracts Introduce/market new products and services Ensure staff are trained and informed and communicate the benefits of new products to members Directly supervise commission based employees Desired Minimum Qualifications

 Must be credentialed in Health InformationExperience in Health Information/Medical Records highly preferred.Minimum of 2 years management experience in a healthcare environment Professional office/customer service experience Moderate computer knowledge Must be a self starter Must be proactive, a leader, and have a positive outlook/outgoing personality Must have strong analytical skills Must have excellent leadership and good decision making skills Bachelor's degree in Business/Medical Management
