Oracle Discoverer

Our direct client is looking for an Oracle Discoverer contractor. This is a mid size company that is getting acquired and need a reporting specialist/expert to create reports with Oracle Discoverer reporting. Client currently on version 9i AS with Oracle Discoverer- Desktop version.

Ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years Oracle Discoverer

2 years + Financial Modules AR and Order Management and (Inventory would be a plus)

Experience creating complex queries

Strong SQL skills

Duration: 6 months project

Role and responsibilities:
Define, build, back up, and refresh Oracle Discoverer EULs and Business Areas in eight database instances, grant security access, user privileges, and database links to appropriate instance(s) for each user. Gather, track, and implement complex reporting requirements and trained users in Discoverer.
