Purpose of Position:

 

Our Southeast Oracle practice is currently experiencing tremendous growth, and we are currently looking for Senior Consultants and Managers to join our growing team!

 

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

 Implementing Oracle Purchasing utilizing iSupplier and iProcurement portalsDeveloping a large scale, standardized purchasing process for both internal use and third partiesImplementing and rolling out of the resulting process within the Oracle applicationPerforming business requirements gathering, process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specification, system configuration, system and parallel test documentation and executionActing as a functional team lead and being a liaison between functional team members, client, and team project management

 

 

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

 Four year college degree requiredFor Senior Consultants, 1+ full cycle implementations involving the Procure-to-Pay processesFor Managers, project management experience as well as 2+ full cycle implementations with at least two involving the Procure-to-Pay processes including Purchasing, Payables, iSupplier, iProcurement, Self-Service Procurement, and iExpenseFunctional knowledge of processes in a procurement or strategic sourcing department.  Direct experience setting up and implementing supplier self-service processes and systems a plus.Strong understanding and implementation experience with at least one of the following: Accounting-to-Financial Reports: General Ledger, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Fixed AssetsOrder-to-Cash:  Receivables processes including Revenue Recognition, Collections, Invoicing; understanding of integration with Order Management, Inventory, GL, Cash Management; iReceivables, iPayment a plusFamiliarity with Application Implementation Methodology (Oracle AIM and related methods, etc.)Strong understanding and/or experience with workflow, interfaces and conversionsPrevious consulting experience, preferably with a ?Big 4? FirmStrong leadership, communication (verbal and written), analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel up to 100%
