The Organization and Change Group helps clients to lead and sustain change initiatives in order to improve performance. Our change initiatives include mergers and restructurings, regulatory programs, new strategy, workforce transition, new market focus, and
technology/process transformations. Our Services include communications, cultural assessment/alignment, all aspects of change management, technology and regulatory adoption, workforce strategies and organization strategies, learning and development.
Due to our aggressive growth plans and successful performance to-date, we are looking to add talented?Managers to our team. Managers will manage and deliver large, complex Change Management engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for our clients.? Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

Must have experience in the following areas of ERP/SAP implementation projects:
1. Audience analysis, change readiness assessment
2. Communication strategy, planning, and execution
3. Training program design and development
4. Job impact analysis
5. Performance management/metric
6. User/management
engagement
?
- Experience in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment
- Design and development of change management programs in full lifecycle implementation
- Led change management/communication teams through full ERP lifecycle
- Contributed to the strategic design and implementation of custom training solutions in conjunction with large -scale SAP rollouts (SAP is preferred, however, experience with PeopleSoft, Siebel, and Oracle will be considered).
- Ideally, developed a blended ERP learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) as well as strategic communication and change management plan
- Engagement Management:? managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
- Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key
clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process, contributes to proposal pricing strategy.
- Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
- People Development: performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities
- 5+ years related experience leading communications strategy and change management projects (teams of 10-15 people ideally)
- 3-5 ERP implementation projects experience (preferably SAP)
- Budget and delivery responsibility
- Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred
- Extensive travel to client locations is required
