Organizational Change Strategy Sr. Consultant - Industrial

Act as a critical member of a client project team to perform the bulk of the engagement work as defined by the client contract. The senior consultant is responsible for directing themselves and other consultants in the gathering of facts (primary, secondary data), analyzing the client's business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, and giving the presentation. Must be able to self-direct and work effectively with others at all levels of an organization with team members, senior leaders, and clients. In addition, must be capable of providing thought leadership based on knowledge and experience in organization change strategy. They must function as both a team member and a workstream leader in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous situations.

Desired Skills
Must have a minimum of 6 years prior large scale multi business unit consulting experience with a focus in Organizational Change/Design Management. Industry experience in either automotive, electronics or chemical is required. MBA and/or MS degree. Experience in implementing change on SAP projects, participating in a minimum of 3 implementations with at least one full lifecycle. Other qualifications include: Experience developing communications plans, developing and monitoring business metrics, experience with process and organizational design in their area of expertise, facilitation of stakeholder validation sessions. Benefits realization experience is beneficial. Minimum of Master's degree, equivalent experience, an MBA preferred.
