Outsourcing Advisory Services provides a comprehensive methodology, related toolset and practice capability to advise clients on all aspects of IT/BPO/ADM Outsourcing strategy/ offshoring/nearshoring/rightshoring - all capabilities are aligned and integrated with Outsourcing methodology which include: Initial strategic planning, business case development, outsourcing service procurement, communications, operating model redesign and organizational restructuring, relocation/transition management, post-transition monitoring and location portfolio assessment and restructuring.

Director level candidates will have: demonstrated world-class experience with all phases of the outsourcing methodology in multiple, diverse projects and all Outsourcing Advisory capabilities. Director candidates will have: sponsorship of methodology and/or toolkit component development and refinement
efforts, leadership of methodology specialization for new situations, demonstrated marketplace eminence and visible leadership in at least one specific industry's outsourcing marketplace. The Director will have demonstrated experience in at least one aspect of outsourcing strategy, will have executive level relationships with at least two major service providers, will have working knowledge and relationships at operating level with at least 90% of major suppliers, will have active participation and leadership of firm outsourcing point of view development and will have eminent publications and industry conference speaking. A Director will have advised on at least one precedent-setting deal for a client; this will be globally newsworthy as evidenced by tier-one media coverage. University degree required; MBA/Masters level degree preferred. Extensive travel required.
