Job Description: Perot Systems Corporation , a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions, is searching for a Payor Systems SME.

Candidate can live anywhere but travel to clients' site Monday - Friday (100% travel).

The primary responsibility for a Business Analyst is to provide expert knowledge in one or more core functions within DIAMOND or PERADIGM. This will include guiding a client in training, configuration design, detail contract analysis, business process definition, testing, and deployment for their specialty. The role on any given project will vary based upon the scope and scale of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the timely and successful implementation of DIAMOND or PERADIGM

Perform analytical tasks on client specific contracts, benefit plans, policies and procedures

Perform client DIAMOND and PERADIGM "packaged" training and overviews.

Perform detailed analysis and configuration design, unit and system testing, and loading DIAMOND and PERADIGM business data and rules

Guide client personnel through the configuration of the DIAMOND and PERADIGM system ensuring adequate knowledge transfer

Assist in the deployment of DIAMOND and PERADIGM for both pre and post product support including end-user training if applicable.

Complete all project and configuration related documentation including design documents, business decision logs, meeting minutes, testing scenarios, paper Configuration sets, error tracking logs, support transition documents and any other tools utilized during the implementation project

Perform accurate and timely reporting on status, issues, bugs, and project "concerns"

Perform project-related duties as assigned by the PM to insure project success.

Submit accurate and timely timesheets for accurate billing and revenue recognition.

Submit accurate and timely expense reports monthly (in accordance with PEROT and client billing and travel Policies) to generate accurate client billing.

Maintain all client-related information to ensure that all of the "contacts" are correct for the business-related areas. This will ensure billing, releases, advisories etc are sent to the appropriate person.

Internal Department Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain client reports and PMM documentation as required for each implementation. This includes but is not limited to project work plan, project budget, issues list, status reports, bug reports and modification tracking

Conduct internal or application based training classes

Participate in special projects to build tools and infrastructure to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of implementations

Participate in software development activities including design and testing as requested

Isolate and recreate software Verified Program Errors as requested

Assist in the writing of URD's or software enhancements

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Claims System Configuration Experience

Payor and Healthplan knowledge

Healthcare Industry knowledge

Desired Skills:

Ability to analyze HealthPlan policies, procedures, contracts and benefit plans for system configuration

Ability to guide and train customers on the application configuration, process and best practices
